How to submit a request?
Users can submit a request in person, at the Company’s cash desk or electronically, where it is necessary to submit a scanned ID card and a driver’s license.
Conditions for issuing parking tickets for residents - tenants
- that a resident (tenant) is registered at the residential address in the area of the zone for which he is requesting a privileged parking ticket,
- that the vehicle is registered in the tenant's name (purchase agreement or gift agreement is also accepted).
The period of issuing a privileged parking ticket, depending on the user’s request, can be at least 30 days, and at most one year, only for one owned vehicle.
