Dear citizens and valued users,
Analyzing the existing parking issues, professional recommendations, and solutions in other cities, we have decided to make changes to the zoning of parking.
Taking into account your comments and suggestions, as well as the fact that in 2000 there were 35,000 registered motor vehicles, while today that number exceeds 80,000, along with the limited spaces in the city center where new parking spots can be built, we have opted to try to improve parking conditions in this way.
Our subscribers will benefit the most as they will gain access to new locations where they can park, while residents of newly zoned streets will have more opportunities to find available spots, as the parking in front of their buildings will no longer be used as free parking close to the city center.
Why are we expanding the zone?
- Increased parking availability: Streets near the city center have become popular parking destinations. The number of registered vehicles has more than doubled in the last ten years. Many citizens are using these spaces for free, making it difficult for those who truly need parking near their destinations. By introducing parking fees, we will allow better access and balance in usage. We will also provide parking spaces for people with disabilities who have a valid disabled parking permit, allowing them to use designated parking spots at multiple locations in the city for free.
- Encouraging public transport use: By introducing parking fees, we encourage citizens to consider alternative modes of transportation, which can reduce traffic congestion and contribute to environmental preservation.
- Funding for infrastructure development: We will continue to direct funds toward the improvement and maintenance of parking spaces, as well as the development of new traffic solutions in our city.
- Increased safety: Organizing parking spaces with clearly defined zones reduces the possibility of illegal parking, which contributes to greater safety for pedestrians and drivers.
How will it look?
The new streets in the II (yellow) zone will be clearly marked and in accordance with applicable regulations. The Alley of Marshal Tito up to Miloš Obilić Street (the first part of the Alley) and the parking area from the “Lilly” store towards the Milk Market. Then, part of Hugo Badalić Street and part of Iva Lola Ribara Street up to Maksim Gorki, as well as Lazar Nešić Square up to Senćanski Road, where 15 parking spaces will be revitalized, along with a newly constructed parking area of 25 spaces in Bajči Žilinski Street (Petar Drapšin towards Maksim Gorki). All the mentioned streets will be in the II (yellow) zone.
Your cooperation and understanding are very important to us. Together we can make our city a better place to live and work, respecting traffic regulations and marked vertical and horizontal signage. Thank you for your understanding!

Subscription cards purchased for the II (yellow) zone will be valid until their expiration, and users are allowed to continue using parking in the streets where they have parked until now, even though these streets will transition to the red zone on November 4. Discounts for Residents
Dear Residents,
We are aware that the introduction of new parking zones may raise concerns, especially among those living in these parts of the city. Our intention is to ensure better organization of parking spaces, while also informing you about the discounts available for residents.
Why is this important for you?
- Discounts for Residents: Residents who meet the specified conditions can receive discounts when using parking. This will allow you significant savings, while ensuring you have a designated parking space close to your residence, as well as the ability to park in the same zone at another location.
- Necessary conditions for obtaining a discounted resident parking card are:
– The address on your ID must be in the desired zone. A rental agreement, registered residence, or similar document is also accepted.
– Ownership of the vehicle must be reflected in the vehicle registration document. A gift agreement, purchase agreement, or leasing contract for the vehicle is also accepted. You can submit a request for the issuance of one discounted resident card for one vehicle owned for a period of at least one month up to one year:
– On our website: www.suparking.rs, where payment can be made by card after approval,
– At the company’s cashier on weekdays from 07:00 to 17:00 and on Saturdays from 07:00 to 14:00
– Or by calling 024694200. - Increased Parking Availability: By introducing charges, the number of vehicles occupying parking spaces for free will decrease. This means you will find it easier to locate a parking spot when you need it most.
- Infrastructure Improvement: We will continue to enhance the traffic infrastructure in our city, which will contribute to a better quality of life for all citizens.
- Community Encouragement: These changes are part of a broader strategy aimed at making our city a better place to live. Your support and understanding are key to the success of these initiatives.
The monthly discounted resident parking card costs 642.00 dinars, VAT included. Parking will be charged on weekdays from 07:00 to 21:00 and on Saturdays from 07:00 to 14:00.
